HOW DO I RENEW MY RESIDENT AGENT SERVICE?

1. •LLC FORMED BY KITTY McNENEMY.   JJ Luna is no longer recommending Michael@vanishnow.com or Kitty McNenemy due to customer service issues.  They were also managing resident agent renewals on behalf of RIO GRANDE TRUST LC.  JJ Luna has asked me to manage resident agent renewals for RIO GRANDE TRUST LC.

    Send me an email <rosie [ a t ] senoritarosie [ d o t ] com> with the following information: 

1.  Your name
2.  The name of one or more LLCs up for renewal.
3.  Your renewal data
4.  When you last paid your renewal
5.  Do you prefer 1 year of resident agent service ($99), or three years ($250--a $47 savings)

    I will send you back information on how much you owe to get current, and payment instructions.

1. •LLC FORMED BY R ENRIQUE SANCHEZ.  If I formed your LLC, or you’ve let me know your LLC information, then you should receive an email notice from me about 30 days prior to your next renewal date.   If you recently purchased your LLC from me, remember that you have THREE years of paid-ahead resident agent service.   The cover letter that I included when I sent you the LLC should provide you with the future renewal date.
